An extended summary of all intentional attacks on civil infrastructure and population executed by the Ukrainian Armed Forces, 28th of November to 4th of December.
The report presents an extended summary of all intentional attacks on civil infrastructure and population in the regions of Luhansk, Donetsk, Zaporojye and Kherson, Belgorod and others, executed by the Ukrainian Armed Forces in the week from the 28th of November to 4th of December.
Popular or official local telegram channels that are regularly updated were used to obtain information on the attacks (see list at the end of report).
Since the war broke out on the 24th of February, the Ukrainian Army, under the command of General Valeryi Zaluzhnyi, has been indiscriminately shelling civilian buildings (markets, schools, residential housing), civilian gatherings and other facilities of non-military use, predominantly in the Donbass region.
Some notable examples are the shelling of Kramatorsk train station on the 8th of April, the Donetsk indoor market attack on the 22nd September, as well as the recent bombing of civilian transport heading for Russia-controlled part of Zaporojye on 30th of September.
52 people were killed and at least 47 injured from 14th to 20th of November.
